Welcome to Art Class - A New School Year

Welcome to the the Smithland art studio! The art room is a space where your child will be creative, problem-solve, learn about art media, artists and apply various techniques to their own artwork throughout the year.  Projects throughout the year are based around themes, cultures and the elements of art.  We follow the Virginia Standards of Learning for Visual Arts and these are apparent within each lesson.  I look forward to working with your child again this year!
